From December 2018, the City of Esslingen will offer free Wifi at several locations in the city centre. This makes mobile surfing a fast business even without your own data flat rate. Posting a photo on Instagram or showing friends a video is now convenient and quite simple.

Both citizens and guests to the city will profit from this offer, which the City of Esslingen has initially limited to three years.

While the central inner-city area is covered by Unitymedia, the Verein Freifunk Stuttgart e.V. is our provider in the eastern part of the Old Town. Both networks are very efficient and offer users fast Internet access.

Login: In the mobile phone settings, select the network "Free Wifi Esslingen", open your browser and start surfing. Just click on the button "Login & start surfing" at the bottom right of the landing page. The login takes place without registration by email.
